Martinez is a fully insured outfit. We also offer bonding on a case to case basis.

We offer janitorial cleaning, custodial maintenance, carpet cleaning, wall washing, interior window cleaning, rug shampooing, floor stripping and refinishing, residential cleaning, marble and terrazzo restoration, complete floor maintenance, snow plowing/shoveling, painting, pressure washing, steam cleaning, VAC duct cleaning, scraping and refinishing of wooden floors, post construction and pre-occupancy cleaning, floor sanding and refinishing, and rubbish removal.

Martinez Cleaning is a 24-hour service. Our office hours are from 8-5pm.
